Overview
Used to track information and documentation required for the accreditation process, clinical tracking, or just by the program in general, eKeeper is incredibly reliable and secure. It includes everything from student, preceptor, and faculty documentation to affiliation agreements with external sites. eKeeper is cloud-based and password-protected. As it is basically a bottomless online file cabinet for all documentation, eKeeper eliminates the need for messy paperwork and makes it easy to find what you need when you need it.

Assign students to a cohort and region so all eMedley applications will populate rosters and run select reports based on these groups. Automatically generate MSPE letters based on information pulled from across the eMedley suite or from uploaded spreadsheets

Faculty Information

Keep track of all faculty information, from basic identification information to custom fields. All implemented eMedley applications will automatically pull from this database so that administrators are never having to input the same information multiple places.

Clinical Site Information

 

Track and manage information about clinical sites including general information about clinical sites including available rotations, contacts, logistics from hours of operation to available food options, contract details, affiliation agreements, preceptors and administrators, documentation, schedules, and much more within one easy-to-use interface. In addition to helping administrators organize huge amounts of information, the information is then used by other eMedley applications for scheduling, evaluations, reports, etc.

Preceptor Information

Store and review information and documentation provided by preceptors such as employment details (including boards/licenses), credentials, instructions to students, scheduling details, etc.

Automated Reminders

Keep track of document and licensure expiration dates with automated reminders to update or renew. Additionally, run reports based on expiration dates to see what documents will need to updated within any given time frame.
